Day-Of Wedding
Coordinating
Special Events (leading up to the wedding)
Support for showers, welcome parties, rehearsal dinners, brunches, or any smaller events tied to your wedding weekend. This includes setup, décor placement, timeline guidance, and onsite coordination so each event feels cohesive and stress-free.
Setup
Hands-on help placing table settings, linens, candles, signage, seating charts, welcome tables, guest book areas, and any décor you provide. Ensures everything is staged neatly, consistently, and on time.
Cleanup
Breakdown of décor, packing personal items, clearing tables, organizing rentals for pickup, and making sure you don’t leave anything behind. Ideal for venues with strict out-by deadlines.
Multiple Locations
Coordination across two or more venues—ceremony, reception, getting-ready locations, portrait locations, or after-parties. Includes travel time, timeline syncing, vendor direction, and keeping all transitions smooth.
